Our Process

  • [describing process of setting up a meeting, how i understand the client’s situation first then develop a plan based on their goals and who they are, then present and implement]

TAX

Tax preparation, planning, and long-term strategy grounded in the your real life. I look beyond forms and filing to understand income patterns, timing, business structure, and future decisions, with an eye toward reducing unnecessary taxes over time, not just this year.

CASH FLOW & FINANCIAL FOUNDATION

I clarify the day-to-day financial reality: income, expenses, debt, and tradeoffs. I take a humane, flexible approach to budgeting and debt management, recognizing that a plan only works if it fits the client’s actual life and psychology. Everyone is unique, and so should be their budgeting plan.

RETIREMENT (EARLY, LATE, AND IN-BETWEEN)

I do retirement planning across all ages and stages, from first contributions to distributions. This includes saving strategy, investment allocation, rollovers, income replacement modeling, and tax-aware withdrawal planning. I’m comfortable working with traditional retirements, early retirements, and hybrid or semi-retired paths - or those who are contemplating whether they can take a few years out of the workforce.

INVESTING

I take a simple, cost-conscious approach focused on diversification, risk tolerance, time horizon, and personal values. As a fiduciary, I don’t earn commissions from investment products, which allows me to make recommendations solely in my clients’ best interests.

INSURANCE & RISK MANAGEMENT

While I don’t sell insurance, I help clients evaluate whether their coverage is appropriate, identifying gaps where protection is needed and trimming excess where it isn’t. I don’t have an affiliation with any insurance provider: my guidance is conflict-free [can this be said in a more folksy way that ppl will get???] and grounded in the client’s broader plan.

DECISION SUPPORT & LIFE TRANSITIONS

Ongoing guidance during moments of change: career shifts, business launches, windfalls, caregiving, moves, and major financial decisions. Often the work isn’t about finding the “perfect” answer, but about choosing a path that’s sustainable, realistic to implement, and powered by values.
